Pastor Watson brings nearly 15 years of ministry experience, a heart for people, and a passion for purpose to his role as Pastor of The Exodus. He is married to the love of his life, Kyla. Raised with a deep reverence for faith and community, his journey in ministry was shaped by personal experiences, mentorship, and a calling to help others discover the transformative love of Christ. 

He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe, a Master's in Theological Studies from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in urban ministry at Liberty University. 

Pastor Watson is known for his approachable teaching style, clear vision, and deep compassion for those seeking a fresh start. Outside of ministry, he enjoys basketball, traveling, cooking, and working on projects. He believes that real ministry happens not just behind a pulpit, but in daily conversations, acts of service, and walking alongside people in every season of life.
